As everything else at the Haridra Resort, the kitchen focuses on providing guests with exquisite meals prepared with fresh ingredients delivered straight from the farm to the hotel. Award winning 5 star chefs, prepare each meal in a state of the art, custom built kitchen. The Haridra has two restaurants that serve world class cuisine to its guests; one open restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner buffet and one fine dining restaurant.

The ground floor open restaurant serves international and local cuisines for all three meals, each individually prepared by expert chefs. Continental, Asian fusion, Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines are all served providing you a variety of foods to savor or mix and match.

Fine Dining Restaurant

The fine dining restaurant located on the first floor overlooking the pool and bar is ideal for romantic dinner. The fine dining restaurant has an extensive menu featuring exotic seafood dishes along with a great selection of international cuisines along with favorite dishes from world renown chefs and five star restaurants.

The Bar

If you do fancy the fine dining experience at the Haridra, make sure to call the reception and reserve your table as early as possible.

The bar is great for an evening drink and mingling with hotel guests or simply enjoying a good time with your travel companions. Hit the bar early to catch the sunset as you sip some of the exclusively local cocktails offered at the Haridra.
